On Friday, June 9th Gabrielle will be sharing new music from her new release "Dream Ago" which recently received a five star rave review from Downbeat Magazine! Joined by pianist Art Hirahara, bassist Pat O'Leary and drummer Eric Halvorson (all featured on the album) the group will play Gabrielle's original compositions, standards and her signature fresh arrangements of current and classic pop tunes. 

Since Dream Ago was released in January, the album has been getting raves around the country. The five-star review in Downbeat hailed Gabrielle as “a lighthouse of emotional integrity” and praised the album’s “versatile band,” “blissful arrangements” and “rare tactility.” According to LA Jazz Scene, “Dream Ago is filled with fresh, melodic and unpredictable music from a brilliant and inventive singer. A continually surprising and stimulating set.” The Philadelpia Inquirer called Gabrielle as “an intense vocalist with a talent for torch-song sadness” and “a passionate singer of original jazz song with intelligent storytelling abilities.” The Buffalo News said the album was “truly special” and Gabrielle is an “arresting talent.”
