Gabrielle and iconic singer/pianist Billy Stritch bring a new set to the main room of Birdland Jazz Club.

In Close To You, Stritch and Stravelli will explore a thrilling repertoire that spans jazz, pop, Brazilian music, classic rock-n-roll, country, and rhythm & blues. With selections from artists such as The Everly Brothers, Lou Rawls, Milton Nascimento, Michel Legrand, and Jule Styne, the evening promises a rich and diverse musical journey—brought to life with extraordinary artistry, improvisation, and heart.

Over the course of more than a dozen years of performing together, Stritch and Stravelli have cultivated a profound musical connection, one rooted in deep respect for melody, lyric, and story. While both are widely celebrated for their interpretations of jazz and the American Songbook, this collaboration showcases their shared passion for timeless music from all corners of the popular canon.
